Austin Piano & Strings Studio has been offering the finest in music instruction and performance since 1985. The studio specializes in private lessons tailored to the interests and abilities of each student. Our main studio is in North Central Austin and we now offer lessons at an additional location convenient to the UT campus and Tarrytown. We also provide live music for weddings and other events. Let us use our expertise to help you choose the perfect music and instrumentation. Options include solo piano or guitar as well as duos, trios and quartets. Studio directors Mike Harris and Wendy Murphy-Harris each hold the degree Master of Music. Both have many years experience teaching and performing in a variety of styles. There are twelve notes in a musical scale and they know them all. |
